Eavesdropping in a Hospital Elevator

You know you are in a hospital or a surreal movie when you overhear one passenger in an elevator say, "I got my liver from Arizona, where did you get your liver from?" and another passenger replies, "Mine came from Utah."

Neither passenger was in a hospital gown.
